Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

•  Client communications co-lead: liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis; building and maintaining great relationships with clients via weekly communications

•  Process execution support: directly manage flow of project information and control all approval processes

•  Creative Team communications support: ensuring everyone in the account team has visibility of project progress

•  Performance support: liaising with our Performance team on a weekly basis to set up, troubleshoot & manage ad accounts / paid media

•  Strategic support: Devise and manage strategic plans for client accounts from planning, timelines and briefs to execution and delivery; Proactive presentation of new opportunities and ideas to maximise brand impact and campaign output; Use of skills to push clients, and your team, creatively and strategically

•  Growth support: Close collaboration with Community Manager (community engagement lead for the account) on planning and execution of campaigns

Your daily tasks will include:

• publishing content for a variety of clients from different industries on different social media platforms (with a strong focus on Instagram)

• engaging with, and growing, their follower bases

• locating Influencers and contacting them

• searching for Facebook Groups and sharing content therein

• reposting relevant, attractive content

• hashtag research

• replying to messages & comments

Your daily tasks will include:

• designing, creating, monitoring, optimising and measuring paid marketing campaigns across various channels and networks (search, paid social, display etc)

• optimising or setting up ad accounts, conversion tracking and sales funnels from scratch

• regularly carrying out research regarding keywords, audiences and competitors and generating actionable insights

• preparing monthly and ad hoc reports on key metrics for each account that analyse performance, assess against goals, suggest areas of improvement and justify campaign decisions

• troubleshooting issues regarding delivery, performance and tracking

• Strong analytical skills and experience generating Ads Performance reports

• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
